Our company was formed in the Fall of 2006, as an addition to the Beavers Bend Resorts.  The Bears Den was built in the 1980’s in the backwoods of McCurtain County.  The Overlook Cabin is newly built this past year and sits next to our cottage in the heart of the Kiamichi Mountains.  The woods seem to never end so you can spend hours hunting or traveling the endless trails for ATV Riding or hiking.  We know how important it is to enjoy life.  So come to our backwoods getaway in Southeastern Oklahoma and get back to the simple things in life.

Policies

· Check In after 4 pm.

· Check Out at 11 am.  If it is later than 11 am, a charge of $25/hour will apply, unless prior arrangements are made.

· Minimum 2 Night Reservations

· 24 Hours Advanced Notice of Cancellation is Required or Credit Card will be charged full Reservation Price.

· All Cancellations must be Confirmed by Phone or E-mail

· Guest assumes full responsibility for damages and/or missing items and will be billed accordingly.

· Non-Smoking Inside / Smoking Outside is Permitted

· Fireplaces are not operated during April—September.  During the Winter Season please follow the operating instructions provided.

· No Pets allowed inside of units.  The resort has available dog runs and fenced in yard.
